We require potential care workers to be available to work alternate weekends. All new care staff are trained on our care standards certificate programme which includes shadowing and moving and handling supervision training. NVQ2 in Personal Care places are available.

Care Coordinator Needed in Somerset
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the line manager for the service Liaise with the provider ensuring all necessary reports are sent timeously Create and uphold an open, positive and inclusive management culture Develop and communicate the strategic plans for DDee Care Services Oversee the implementation of DDee Care Services policies and procedures Evaluation of the service goals and quality objectives To provide leadership to the administration and people management functions of DDee Care Services To maintain the operations of DDee Care Services at the standard agreed with the Registered Provider, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Provider Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support Lead, motivate and direct staff Develop staff to full potential ensuring succession planning for Ddee Care Services Ensure multidisciplinary team working is embedded in Ddee Care Service

Experience:

  • Previous experience of working in similar environments
  • Knowledge of leading a team and working within a multidisciplinary team
  • Working in a supervisory capacity
  • Experience of working with User of Services who have additional support needs
  • Ability to develop care plan according to user of service requirements
  • Full U.K. driver licence require
